Oranges and lemons...

I'm in the midst of doing my first designs for the Lush Podcasts.  The first one is all citrussy and fruity, so I'm going to make it lovely and colourful and a bit silly.  I'm also challenging myself to hand draw as much as possible because I miss my lightbox...it'll be a good opportunity to level up in After Effects too.

A new commission...

Wahey!  Lush have asked me to make two little animations to accompany product podcasts for Avobath ballistic and the Tisty Tosty ballistic.  I am rather chuffed.

I'm also going to work with my friend on an entry for the BAA sting competition...so in conclusion, time to get my arse in gear.

Perfume Party Window

Yesterday I met up with my friends Becky (http://beckyliddiard.blogspot.com/) and Webb (http://calamaridropkick.blogspot.com/) at Lush Kingston and we painted the window with Gorilla perfume inspired designs with perfumed paint pens.  It was really good fun collaborating with their lovely selves, and painting on a much bigger scale than I'm used to has loosened me up somewhat (much needed).  We got an excellent reaction from the people outside and in the shop, especially from cute kiddies watching in amazement. 

Becky chose to do hers around the Breath of God fragrance and Webb chose Tuca Tuca, I stuck with The Smell of Weather Turning.
